General Terms and Conditions:

By using the Website you warrant that you are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and/or have full legal capacity to transact.

If you are under the age of 18 (eighteen) or if you are not legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement, then you may use the Website only under the supervision, and with the consent, of your legal guardian.

The legal guardian of any person/s using this Website under supervision gives his/her consent and agrees to be bound to these Terms and Conditions and to be liable and responsible for you and all your obligations under these Terms and Conditions. Where transactions are performed under such supervision, any reference in these Terms and Conditions to a User, “you”/ “your” shall be references to such legal guardian as the transacting party under these Terms and Conditions.

The following provisions are important to note, to ensure the security of your information and transactions on this Website:

  • Your identity number and credit card details are not stored on this Website;
  • Security protocols will have to be followed where your username/password has been forgotten;
  • Your username and password are for your personal use only and shall not be disclosed to any third party.

You agree that you will not in any way use any device, software or other instrument to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website. In addition, you agree that you will not in any way use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor, copy, distribute or modify the Website or the information contained herein, without the prior written consent of an authorised representative of Poshed.

Poshed may, in its absolute discretion, accept or reject any Order/s placed via the Website.

You acknowledge that stock of all Goods on offer is limited. We cannot guarantee the availability of stock. When Goods are no longer available after placing an order you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid by you for such Goods.

Delivery: 

  • If the Goods are to be delivered via courier, you warrant and confirm that the delivery address provided at the time the Order is placed is correct. You undertake to receive the goods personally or will, at your own risk, appoint a third party to accept delivery on your behalf. Poshed will not accept any responsibility in the event that the person who accepts the Order at the address provided by you is not authorised to do so.
  • Where it accepts your order, Poshed will deliver the Goods to you within 3-5 working days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. There are no deliveries on weekends or South African public holidays.
  • We promise to do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time. However, please allow for circumstances that might affect deliveries such as delays in Customs clearance, service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond Poshed’s control.
  • We cannot accept liability for any losses or other expenses caused by delays or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Deliveries can be tracked via our courier service. Please refer to information supplied within your purchase and shipping confirmation email.

Changes and amendments:

Poshed reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to do any of the following, at any time without prior notice and without offering any reasons:

  • Amend these Terms and Conditions;
  • Amend the content available on the Website;
  • Discontinue any particular part or aspect of the Website; and/or
  • Change the software and hardware required to access and use the Website;
  • Close or upgrade the Website

Exchanges: 

  • Poshed values your satisfaction. Our merchandise is thoroughly inspected for defects before shipping. In the unlikely event you receive DEFECTIVE merchandise, you may return it in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and we will exchange ELIGIBLE purchases.
  • We cannot accept any worn or non-defective intimate-wear due to hygiene purposes. The safety and health of our customers is our utmost priority. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Exchanges can be made within 15 days from the day of purchase.
  • Exchanges are dependent on current stock availability.
  • Merchandise from discounted price points may not be exchanged.
  • The packing slip must accompany returned merchandise in order for the exchange to be processed.
  • Returned intimate-wear must be in its original state, deemed to be unworn with tags attached and be defective to be accepted for exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Pay close attention to the size chart. Intimate-wear ordered at the wrong size cannot be exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you need assistance on sizing, please contact us.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or tax for international orders.
